Ytd ate a small bite of fish, now my throat still hurts not sure is it because of the bones. I think my headache is coming back again. Last few mths been eating too much of panadol. Panadol normal, cold and extra. And and and night chatting cus me to have DARK CIRCLES! SHOO! SHOOO!!! okay punch time at 12AM if not 1 or 2am LATEST!! 3 or 4 am is damn too late le although I still can get up in the morning at 7 plus...
